If you are returning merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery, and the item has not been installed, modified, and is complete, you may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. If you are returning merchandise after 30 days but before 90 days, a 50% restocking fee may apply, and store credit will be issued for the remaining balance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on merchandise after 90 days from the date of delivery. Claims for errors must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please note that shipping, handling, and transaction fees are nonrefundable. All merchandise must be returned in its original boxes and must include all original packaging, manuals, and any accompanying materials. Labor, installation, surcharges, or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are also non-refundable. The product must be in its original condition and not installed. Returns for merchandise received as part of a “free shipping” offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise, minus the actual outbound shipping charges paid.
